- Our platform does not conduct any legal review of the uploaded content. Please ensure your data complies with all applicable legal requirements.
Restrictions on Uploaded Content
- It is prohibited to upload material intended for adults only or content that violates applicable laws and regulations.
- Content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful will be removed as soon as we become aware of it.

Video

The DNID-Deepfake-Scanner for videos checks each frame of a video for pixel-consistency.

We use a cutting edge and thoroughly trained AI for this. We have poured more than 10.000 hours into this model – and we keep training it.

If a frame in the video is manipulated, the manipulated areas do not match the rest of the frame.

We check twelve different metrics.

We constantly run tests against the latest updates of all cutting edge AI-engines. Currently we hit a detection rate of 80%+.

The DNID-Deepfake-Scanner for pictures analyzes the composition of the picture. We employ 29 metrics to check every picture for three main parameters:

Histogramm
Pixel noise
Artifacts

Histogramm and pixel noise check for every pixel if color, texture and gradients are natural and authentic. Artifacts are elements in a picture or pixel which should not be there – which is a strong hint, that they were hallucinated there by an AI.

Along with metadata embedded in the picture the scanner can detect if the picture is manipulated or not.
